Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

2.2 Artist Copyrights (Mr. Z)

All contemporary Pop Art, Neo-Pop motifs, sculptures, 3D wall art, specific collections (including but not limited to Star Rebel, Urban Icon, Pop Monkey, Bauhaus Lines, The BEARS, The Royal Rabbits, and Yes, We CanZ) are the exclusive intellectual property of Mr. Z and Zed Gallery.

• Purchase of a physical piece or limited print does not transfer intellectual property rights, reproduction rights, or commercial exploitation rights to the buyer. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution of the artwork is strictly prohibited under international copyright laws.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND CURRENCY

3.1 Product Descriptions and Variations

We attempt to display the colors, textures, and dimensions of our large-scale art, sculptures, and prints as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in digital displays and the hybrid nature of Mr. Z's innovative production techniques, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be exactly accurate.

3.2 Pricing and Currency Fluctuations

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Please note that prices displayed on the website may automatically adapt to regional currencies based on your geographical IP location. Zed Gallery is not liable for exchange rate variances or bank-issued transaction fees.

4. PROMOTIONS AND COMPLIMENTARY GIFTS

From time to time, Zed Gallery offers promotional incentives, such as:

• Complimentary Gifts: "FREE GIFT of your choice with every purchase" (e.g., a selection of top-quality prints or a custom "soup canZ"). These gifts are subject to stock availability and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

• Subscription Discounts: The "15% off" introductory discount for new newsletter subscribers is restricted to one usage per customer and cannot be combined with other ongoing corporate or grand-scale commercial discounts.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In no case shall Zed Gallery, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or artists (including Mr. Z) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or property damage arising from the installation or display of our Grand-Scale or Outdoor Art.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
