Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zed Gallery. The following terms and conditions constitute our official Shipping Policy.

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces: Custom-scale works, original sculptures, and tailored 3D wall art pieces may require additional production time. In such cases, you will be notified directly by our team regarding the extended processing window.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We ship worldwide using reliable international and domestic carriers, including FedEx, DHL, EMS, and Israel Post. Please note the following estimated delivery timelines for your region:

  • Within Israel: 7–14 business days.

  • Europe: 14–21 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 21–30 business days.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary or experience delays due to regional customs clearance procedures, national holidays, or localized postal service bottlenecks.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination and order value.

  • Free Shipping Incentive: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 600 ₪.

  • Oversized Items: Extra-large, custom-size artworks, or grand-scale commercial installations may incur additional freight fees. In these instances, we will inform you of any structural surcharges prior to dispatch.

4. PACKAGING PROVISIONS

Each artwork is carefully handled and packaged with premium protective materials to ensure safe arrival at your doorstep.

  • Prints: Limited editions and affordable art prints are safely packed flat in rigid cardboard or shipped securely rolled in a sturdy, heavy-duty tube, depending on the dimensional constraints and media type.

  • Sculptures & 3D Art: Textured works and dimensional pieces are encased in specialized protective shock-absorbing insulation.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been officially dispatched from our Tel Aviv gallery, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active within the carrier’s system.

6. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International shipments originating from our studio in Israel may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or regional taxes enforced by the destination country.

  • All localized import fees are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer.

  • Zed Gallery guarantees that all necessary international declarations and structural invoice documentation required for smooth customs clearance will be securely attached to the shipment box.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

We prioritize the safety of your art, but in the rare event of transit complications:

  • Damaged Deliveries: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. You must include clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the affected artwork. We will immediately work with you to secure a replacement or offer an appropriate solution.

  • Lost in Transit: If a package goes missing or is delayed past the carrier's standard lookup window, we will formally assist you in opening an investigation and managing the courier claim process.
