The Artist Behind Zed

The Zed Gallery is a lively, colourful, joyful locale, place in the sizzeling center of Florentine neighborhood is southern Tel-Aviv.

All pieces integrates the pop-art aesthetic with philosophy, irony and criticism, aimed at consistently present meta-themes of global society, amalgamating a multidimensional intellectual relationship with a satirical, visual description of modern society, culture and ethical values.

Zvika Horesh, born in 1968, is an international, multidisciplinary artist and designer, active on the art scene for 30 years. 

His drawings are characterized by a boldly colourful, expressive style, alongside other pieces with a monochromatic palette blended within sketches, a combination characteristic of the artists style and often associated with him.

As part of the studio's activity, the artist has for years, dedicated his efforts to investigating processes related to the development of creativity and inventive thought. The same field comes to life as well in his oeuvre, in realms of content ranging from visual creative, space design and, of course, his long-standing work in the plastic arts.
